5.1“ApplicationformoftheHenanUniversityofChineseMedicineforforeignstudents”.

5.2Highestdiploma(Non-ChineseorEnglishdiplomaalsoneedsanotarizedcopyeitherinChineseorEnglish)

5.3Scanof“ForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm”.Theapplicantshouldgetcheckedstrictlyaccordingtotheitemsinthechecklist.Aphysicalformwithmissingitems,withouttheapplicant’sphotoorsealonthephoto,withoutsignatureorsealofthedoctorandthehospital,isinvalid.

5.4Applicantsundertheageof18arerequiredtosubmitrelevantlegaldocumentsoftheirlegalguardianinChina.

5.5ChineselanguageorEnglishlanguageproficiencycertificateorotherproofofequivalentlanguageproficiency.SubmitaValidHSKcertificateifavailable.

5.6Originalcertificateornotarizedcopyofthenon-criminalrecord.DocumentsinlanguagesotherthanChineseorEnglishmustbesubmittedtogetherwithnotarizedcopiesofthetranslationineitherofthesetwolanguages.

5.7Scanofavalidpassport(personalinformationandphotopage)andChinavisapageifhavingbeentoChina.

6ApplicationProcedure

6.1RegisterandlogintotheChineseInternationalStudentsServiceSystem(https://hactcm.***/).

6.2Fillinyourapplicationinformationandsubmityourapplicationdocumentsfollowingtherequirementsofthesystem.

7AdmissionProcess

7.1Allthestudentsacceptedbytheuniversitywillbeissuedwiththe“HenanUniversityofChineseMedicineAdmissionNotice”andthe“ForeignStudentVisaApplicationForm”(FormJW202);

7.2Anystudentwhoisadmittedtotheuniversityshalltakehis/herpassport,theadmissionnotice,theJW202form,the“ForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm”,andthebloodtestreporttothelocalChineseEmbassyforastudy(X)visa;

7.3Accordingtothetimestipulatedintheadmissionnotice,thestudentneedstobringtheabovedocumentstotheSchoolofInternationalEducationinHenanUniversityofChineseMedicineforadmissionformalitiesandresidencyformalitiesinChina.
