为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国教育、文化等领 域的交流与合作，中国政府设立了各类奖学金项目，资助世界各国的学生、教师、学者到中国高等学校或科研机构学习或从事研究活动。 中国传媒大学是教育部指定的中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校之一。

In order to strengthen mutual understanding andfriendship between Chinese people andpeople of other countries, andto develop cooperation andexchange in fields of education andculture between China andother countries, Chinese government has set up a series of scholarship schemes to sponsor international students, professors andscholars to undertake studies andresearch in Chinese institutions of higher education. Designated by Ministry of Education, Communication University of China is one of the receiving universities of international students receiving Chinese Government Scholarship.

中国政府奖学金的类别和申请办法

Types of Scholarships and Application Methods

国别双边项目根据与有关国家政府、机构、学校以及国际组织等签订的教育合作与交流协议或达成的共识提供全额奖学金或部分奖学金。此项目可招收本科生、研究生和进修生。申请人应向所在国留学生派遣部门提出申请。
Bilateral Programis established upon agreements or understanding of educational cooperation andexchange reached with governments, institutions, school or related international organizations. It consists of both full andpartial scholarship for undergraduate students, graduate students, andvisiting scholars. Applicants should apply to institutions in charge of dispatching students for overseas studies in their home countries.

中国高校自主招生项目由教育部向部分高校提供全额奖学金，用于高校直接遴选和招收优秀的海外学生来华攻读研究生学位。此项目仅招收研究生。申请人应向中国传媒大学直接提出申请，申请时间为每年3月至4月。

University Postgraduate Programis established by Ministry of Education aiming to support Chinese institutes of higher education to directly recruit outstanding international students pursuing graduate degrees. It consists of full scholarship for graduate students. Applicants should directly apply to Communication University of China each year from March to April.

长城奖学金项目由中国教育部向联合国教科文组织提供全额奖学金。此项目仅招收进修生。申请人应向所在国联合国教科文全国委员会提出申请。

The Great Wall Fellowshipis established by Ministry of Education for candidates recommended by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). It consists of full scholarship for visiting scholars. Applicants should apply to National Commission of UNESCO in their home countries.

中国-欧盟学生交流项目由中国教育部向欧盟成员国学生提供全额奖学金，旨在鼓励欧盟成员国学生来华学习和开展研究，增进相互了解和交流。此项目招可收本科生、研究生和进修生。申请人应向中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处提出申请。

EU Window Programis established by Ministry of Education for students from member states of the European Union. It consists of full scholarship for undergraduate students, graduate students and visiting scholars. Applicants should apply toEducation & Cultural Office, Mission of P. R China to the European Union.

中国-AUN奖学金项目由中国教育部向东盟大学组织（AUN）提供全额奖学金，旨在鼓励东盟成员国青年学生、教师、学者来华留学和交流，增进相互了解和友谊。此项目仅招收研究生。申请人应向东盟大学组织（AUN）秘书处提出申请。
China/AUN Scholarship Programis established by Ministry of Education for students from member states of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). It consists of full scholarship for graduate students. Applicants should apply to the ASEAN University Network Secretariat.

太平洋岛国论坛项目由中国教育部向太平洋地区的岛屿国家学生提供的全额奖学金，旨在鼓励和资助这些国家的青年学生来华留学。此项目可招收本科生、研究生和进修生。申请人应向太平洋岛国论坛秘书处提出申请。　

China/Pacific Islands Forum Programis established by Ministry of Education for students from member states of Pacific Islands Forum (PIF). It consists of full scholarship for undergraduate students, graduate students andvisiting scholars. Applicants should apply to PIF Secretariat.

中国政府奖学金生的学习年限

Duration of Study for Chinese Government Scholarship Students

奖学金生应在规定的年限中完成学业。专业和年限以录取通知书为准，原则上不可变更。

Scholarship students should complete their study within designated duration. In principle, major andduration of study as specified in Letter of Admission cannot be changed.

中国政府奖学金的内容

Values of Chinese Government Scholarship

中国政府奖学金分为全额奖学金和部分奖学金两种。部分奖学金的内容为全额奖学金中的一项或几项,以录取通知书为准。全额奖学金的内容包括：

Chinese Government Scholarship consists of full scholarship and partial scholarship. Partial scholarship consists of one or several items of full scholarship as specified in Letter of Admission. Full scholarship consists of:
●免交报名费、学费、实验费、实习费
●免费享有校内住宿
●享有奖学金生活费，标准为：
本科生：1,400元/月
硕士研究生和普通进修生：1,700元/月
博士研究生和高级进修生：2,000元/月
●享有一次性抵华安置费，标准为:
向学习期限不满1学年的学生，一次性发放1,000元
向学习期限为1学年及1学年以上的学生，一次性发放1,500元
●提供门诊医疗补助没学年650元和中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险
●提供一次性城市间硬座或硬卧通宵火车票据实报销：
新生由入境口岸至学校
本科生预科学习结束后，前往北京

毕业生由北京至出境口岸

●汉语补习的学生享有基本教材费补助每学期200元

●Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, fee for laboratory experiment andfee for internship
●Free on campus dormitory accommodation

●Monthly subsidy at the following rates:

Undergraduates Student:￥1,400

Master’s Degree Student & General Scholar:￥1,700

Doctoral Degree Student & Senior Scholar:￥2,000
●One-off settlement subsidy upon arrival in China at the following rates:

￥1,000 for students who will study in China for less than one school year

￥1,500 for students who will study in China for one school year and  above

● Subsidy for outpatient medical care of￥650 per school year and  Chinese Government Scholarship International Student Comprehensive Medical Insurance

●Reimbursement of one-off inter-city hard seat or overnight hard berth train ride fare with tickets

From port of entry to receiving institute as new student

From the city of institute of preparatory course study to Beijing

From Beijing to port of exit after graduation

●Basic learning material subsidy of￥200 per semester for students during Remedial Chinese Language Study

中国高校自主招生项目的申请

Application toUniversity Postgraduate Program

申请人须符合以下基本条件：

●已获得学士学位，申请在我校就读硕士项目，或已获得硕士学位，申请在我校就读博士项目

●如曾在中国就读学位项目，已从该项目中毕业一学年以上

Applicant should meet the following criteria:

●Have obtained Bachelor’s degree and plan to pursue Master’s Degree at Communication University of China (CUC), or have obtained Master’s Degree and plan to pursue Doctoral Degree at CUC.

● If have attended degree program at a Chinese university, have graduated from that program for at least one year.

申请人须提交以下材料：

●在中国国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网上报名信息平台 (注意：传媒大学的机构代码是10033)

●通过报名信息平台导出申请表并打印

●申请硕士项目的学生提交学士学位证书复印件或由现就读院校开具的预毕业证明原件，以及本科阶段成绩单原件

●申请博士项目的学生提交学士学位证书复印件、硕士学位证书复印件或由现就读院校开具的预毕业证明原件，以及本科、硕士阶段成绩单原件

●申请中文授课的学生须提交HSK6级证书, 如未达到6级水平，须在中国国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网上报名信息平台提交申请时在“是否补习汉语”的选项中选择“是”

●申请英文授课的学生如母语非英语须提交托福或雅思考试成绩，如先前的教育和工作经历已证明其英文水平则无需提交

●护照复印件，如无护照则提交另一种身份证明的复印件

●个人陈述、推荐信及其它可展示学生才能的材料

注意：如上述材料的语言不是中文或英文，请提供经公证的翻译件。

Applicant should submit the following application materials:

● Apply at China Scholarship Council Application Online system . (Note: Agency Number of Communication University of China is 10033.)

● Print out Application Form as generated by the system

● Applicant of Master’s Degree Program should submit photocopy of Bachelor’s Degree Diploma or original Certificate of expected graduation from currently enrolled university, andoriginal transcript of undergraduate study

● Applicant of Doctoral Degree Program should submit photocopy of Bachelor’s Degree Diploma, photocopy of Master’s Degree Diploma or Certificate of expected graduation from currently enrolled university, and original transcripts of undergraduate and graduate study

● HSK Level-6 report for applicant of program taught in Chinese, or choose Yes for “Do You Need Elementary Chinese Study Prior to Major Study” section at China Scholarship Council Application Online system

● TOEFL or IELTS report for applicant of program taught in English, if English proficiency is not demonstrated by previous education, working experience, etc.

● Photocopy of passport or photocopy of one other form of identification if passport is not available

● Personal Statement, Recommendation Letter and other materials to demonstrate talents of the applicant

中国政府奖学金生的汉语补习和入系标准

Remedial Chinese Language Study and Criteria for Starting Major Study

本科生在汉语水平未达到专业学习标准前，应在规定的院校进行一年的预科学习。通过HSK4级考试并向我校提交考试结果后，可在预科学习结束后来我校开始专业学习。如专业为艺术类，应在秋季学期入学前参加春季学期的艺术类留学生面试。如未通过面试，将作为普通类留学生转专业录取。

Undergraduate student who does not meet Chinese language proficiency requirement should enroll in preparatory course at designated university for 1 school year. After submitting HSK Level-4 report to Communication University of China (CUC), student can start major study at CUC. If major is in art, student should participate in art major enrollment interview for international students in spring semester before enrollment in fall semester. If failed the interview, student’s art major will be changed into general major.

申请中文授课的研究生在汉语水平未达到专业学习标准前，应在我校汉语国际教育学院进行一年的汉语补习。通过HSK5级考试并向留学生办公室提交考试结果后，可在汉语补习结束后开始专业学习。

Graduate student of programs in Chinese language who does not meet Chinese language proficiency requirement should take Remedial Chinese Language Courses at CUC for 1 school year. After p submitting HSK Level-5 test report to International Students’ Office, student can start major study.

中国政府奖学金年度评审

Annual Evaluation of Scholarship Status

学习期限超过一学年的学生须在学年末参加奖学金年度评审，以获得下一学年的奖学金资格。学校将就学习成绩、考勤情况、行为表现及学生的自我评价等情况进行综合评审。评审不合格的学生将被中止或取消下一学年的奖学金资格。

Scholarship student whose duration of study is more than 1 school year must pass the evaluation at the end of current school year to obtain scholarship for the next school year. CUC will evaluate the student comprehensively from aspects of academic record, class attendance, behavior, student’s self-assessment etc. If student failed evaluation, scholarship for the next school year will be suspended or deprived.

保险与医疗

Insurance and Medical Care

奖学金生享受门诊医疗补助，每学年初一次性发放650元。

Scholarship student enjoys subsidy for outpatient medical care.￥650 will be issued at the beginning of each school year. . 
奖学金生享受中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险。如住院、遭受意外伤害、学年内门诊医疗费用累计超过650元，学生可向平安保险公司提出理赔。

Scholarship student enjoys Chinese Government Scholarship International Student Comprehensive Medical Insurance. If student is hospitalized, injured by accident, or have paid for outpatient medical care exceed￥650 within one school year, student can submit claim to Ping An insurance company for reimbursement.

住宿安排

Accommodation Arrangement

奖学金生享有校园内37楼留学生宿舍的免费住宿。博士生一人一间，其他类别学生两人一间。设施包括空调、暖气、互联网、电视、公用独立卫生间、公用独立热水沐浴间、洗衣房、厨房。学生宿舍仅供学生本人使用。房间会在新生报道前为学生预约。学生享有免费住宿的期限始于报到日期前3天，截至毕业典礼结束后10天。如提前到达或延期离开，学生应支付住宿费。

Scholarship student is provided with accommodation at international students’ dormitory at Building 37 on campus. Doctoral student is provided with a private room. Student of other types shares a room with one roommate. Facilities include air conditioner, heating, internet, television, public separate bathroom, public separate hot water shower room, laundry machine and kitchen. Designated room can be used by the student only. Rooms are reserved in advance for new student. Student enjoys free accommodation from 3 days prior to registration day until 10 days after graduation ceremony. If check in early or check out late, student should pay for accommodation.

Special Notice

在中国国家留学基金管理委员会来华留学网上报名信息平台中，中国传媒大学的机构代码是10033。

每月生活费将于当月10日前打入学生的中国农业银行借记卡中。请在留学生办公室登记卡号。如银行卡丢失或变更卡号，请立即补办并在留学生办公室注册新卡号，否则不能收到生活费。

在学校规定的假期中，生活费照常发放。毕业时，生活费发放至学校确定的毕业典礼日期之后的半个月。

请密切关注留学生办公室发布的各项通知。

10033 is the Agency Number for Communication University of China in the China Scholarship Council Application Online system.

Monthly subsidy is issued before 10th of each month to student’s Agricultural Bank of China debit card. Please register card number at International Students’ Office. If card is lost or if card number is changed, student should immediate register new card number at International Students’ Office, otherwise student may not be able to receive monthly subsidy.

During holidays, monthly subsidy will be issued in normal amount. Upon graduation, monthly subsidy will be issued until 15 days after graduation ceremony.

Please pay close attention to notices from International Students’ Office.
